But someone just showed me that I was the number one picture for the Google image search for "workout" and it fired me up a bit.

I actually don?t know shit about SEO...I just wanted to sound like a big man for a minute.

oh yah? do a regular google search for "tassy" and guess what the #1 site is? GUESS! (of course, you have a hot body in your search...so i'm not sure that i win here)

In the logfiles on your webserver.. Get a free log analyser from this site http://www.weblogexpert.com/lite.htm

OR get a counter that include searchterms - like http://www.nedstat.com/uk/

No idea. Just found it last night (and changed the associated page to see if that generated traffic.) If anything sells from it, I'll let ya know!
