Photoshop question, how to make photo cartoonized...
Anyone out there know how to make a photo cartoonized to 8 color or so for print using photoshop CS? Or make it look like a drawing or something? Ive looked through the "filter gallery", but the results are all much more than 8 colors...
My printers said 10 color max. Thanks. |

(1) Filters / Artistic / Poster Edges (Adust sliders for desired effect)
(2) do step 1 and then ad a gausian(sic) blur of between .01 - .06 to further lessen the look of the colors (3) Hit me up and I'll send ya a few diff actions that do a toon effect 307-484-641 -Loki-

By then colors I'm assuming you're doing spot colors? Cuz regular printing uses 4 (CMYK).
You could try doing color selections, then use layers or alpha channels to build up your image. |
