Well I had neglected to get a Costco card. I wasn't thinking thrifty enough. Since I've gotten back into warehousing and merchandising ( comic books, toys ) I've found out so many friggin' bargains it's ridiculous! I can't believe how many deals there are for just about everything! So a pal of mine plays pro football. He gave me his Costco thing to sign up under him and I never did. He's left Costco for some reason so I'm just checking with other people. If you get the new executive gold membership you get health insurance too! It's un-freakin' believeable! Just saw it on the news too.
I needed one anyway so it's just $100 a year, you get roadside assistance and many other discounts. I like to layer business benefits so with NASE, Costco, various credit cards, alumni, press passes etc. I shouldn't have to pay for hotels, cars, houses, forever.
One cool deal I just snagged is a pals in real estate. i don't need no down payments! It's fucking crazy the real estate deals out here I could literally buy a state of the art home, no money down, no payments except interest for 5 years but if I design and build I ain't gotta pay jack as mypals love when I do home designs and shit.

If they have software I'm cool! I need to get new Photoshop, Flash and a few other high pricers. They charge way too much for software though.
Your essentials are what's worth the bargain. Printers, scanners, flashlights, camping and travelling stuff.
I don't bs when it comes to camping and survival gear. It's got to be top of the line and tested by pros. Don't wanna be out in the woods and have to fight shit and have shit break on you.
Soon as I sign up I'll go visit and see what my local Costco has to offer. I wasn't too impressed with their main website though. Didn't see anything in numbers or in discounts I couldn't get at Best Buy for cheaper. That's the battle right there. Best Buy vs Costco. The battle will take place next week when I go shopping for a new printer/fax and video camera.Comment

I have a Sams and a Costco nearby, I used to shop at the Sams all the time, but the place redid its aisles and you can't move around with a flatbed if the dolts who aren't shopping for business leave their carts in the aisle, at Costco you can.
The prices at Costco are way cheaper, but I still find myself running to Sams for a few things here and there.Comment
