                                                      Wal-Mart can afford it for all the pain and grief it does cause associates and suppliers. If somebody returns merchandise, WalMart refunds it with no questions asked. Then they deduct the amount from the suppliers payment and then invoice the supplier a "restocking fee" of up to 15%. They wouldn't even look in the box to see if it is the same merchandise. So to keep prices low, and because of it's size, WalMart is raping supliers and associates (with low salaries). I don't feel too sorry... Even though it is illegal...
