:mad What To Do About A Fucking Jerk That Sexualy Harrasses A Female Co-worker?

I have this friend she goes to work and is subjected to sexual remarks,touching and harassment. I have told her to lay down the law and define boundaries but for some reason this does not seem to work with the dumb ass that keeps it up.

Since she seems to not be getting any help from her co workers, and or the superiors it?s so sad. You come to work to do a job and have to deal with someone who clearly has no respect towards woman and has an obvious problem, what to do with someone like that?

Its a job and business last time I checked, and if you want your people to work hard for you must be a little sensitive to what is going on to them and how they feel. Even more so to the ones that work hardest for you.

Now what to do with this dick who has a serious problems that seem to continue to be a problem where ever he goes? That is a very good question, the first thing that comes to my mind is to beat his ass, but the funny thing about that, he still might not learn from an ass beating, so what to do?

What do you think should be done to a sexually harassing mother fucker?

Not only can she sue the asshole harrasing here, but if she can poove that her supervisor has been told of the situation, and did nothing, now HE is also liable, AND the company itself can also be sued for damages.

I've had to deal with shit like this before. You stay firm and keep a log, and start looking for another job. Suing will make you tainted in the eyes of new employers, and it's good defense when dealing with someone higher up than the offender if they try to fire you for an unjustified reason.

Is the guy married? Has kids? ...Well depending on the guy IF he is married ,then I'd say record his actions over a period of time. Then start sending copies to his wife, kids, his mother, his church..It wont work in every situations but many men like that are whipped at home. If his wife and family does not disown him they sure will make his life misreable!!! Pay some disgruntled family member to put it a copy in the player while everybody is gathered around to watch the niece's wedding video haha

Or better yet lead him on a bit get him in an uncompromising mutual(acting on her part or someone she finds to help) position and send to wife.

If it were me, I would wait for a time of day when EVERYONE is in the office. I would stand up and very loudly tell the guy:

"Leave me alone! Stop touching me! Stop harrassing me! I am your co-worker, not your girlfriend!"

If that didn't work, I'd get me a whoopi cushion and make fart noises anytime the dude came near me.

People get away with this because it's done when nobody else is looking. She needs to bring it out in the open and humiliate the guy into behaving like an adult.
