2257 questions for webmasters

This is not our final statement on 2257 and webmasters do NOT HAVE PERMISSION TO POST THIS EMAIL ON ANY BBS BOARD OR WEBSITE!!!!!!!!!

Any information we give is our opinion and in no way constitutes legal advice, please consult a lawyer.

The goal of this email is to get an idea of how many Nubiles.net / Katrina18.com webmasters WANT to receive model Ids. This is not our statement of our final decision on the 2257 yet, we need your feedback.

How many of you are interested in getting the 2257 documents? We need to know so we can accommodate any of our webmasters, but we want to make sure that you really need these documents.

If you have not consulted a lawyer then you really don't NEED these documents because these rules of record keeping are so strict and complex that if you don't keep the records indexed as the law states the potential time you are doing is huge.

Don't ask for the Ids just to have them, if you don't understand the laws than you might not be keeping the records properly. We want webmasters who are serious about following the rules exactly.

Don't send us an email because you think its a moral issue to give out Ids and you want to get them so you can prove how easy it is to get an Id. Its not easy and we are not saying we are giving them away at this point, we are looking at who really needs them first.

Don't send an email asking for law advice, we are not lawyers and everyone needs to have their own consultation on their own sites.

We need your help. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject "WANT IDS" if you want the Ids. You must state in a paragraph what sites you run that need to the Ids and why. You must put your nubile's ccbill code (#####) and roughly how many sales you do a month.

Giving you hosting
Nubiles is committed to helping you with whatever you need. If you don't plan to request model Ids and keep the records and consult a lawyer we would like to give you the option to host html pages and images, we will do it for you. (Remember this is crunch time for us as well getting our records in place so don't make requests for us to build new pages at the time, this is the time to get your CURRENT html pages on our servers). If we give you hosting at this time it means we will upload the images and html to one of our domains directory and you will link to it. In the future we will have more options that give you more control.

If you want us to host something send an email to [email protected] with the subject "WANT HOSTING"

Our understanding of the rules at this point is that you CANT hotlink images. If the image appears on your page then you affected.

Non Usa Webmasters
If you don't feel affected by these regulations or don't plan to keep IDs than please don't contact us and at this time continue to promote the site as you are.

Using non hardcore content to promote the sites
Our understanding of the law is that if you don't use explicit images on your site, you don't need to keep the records. If you feel you can change out images to more softcore images we feel this is the safest way to stay out of trouble. It is our understanding that non explicit is nude but no masturbating or penetration so nude is ok according to our opinion

If you consult a lawyer and understand how complex it is to keep the records, there is no way you would even want to try to consider to even keep ids in our opinion.

There is a rumor that if you don't keep records, and don't use explicit images BUT you use softcore images that come from A PICTURES SET of explicit images that you are still in violation anyway. We cant confirm that, if that's true, than we are all pretty much in trouble HOWEVER many nubiles girls sets are non explicit.

CONCLUSION
Most programs are waiting for the injunction and the laws or part of the laws to be overturned and there is a chance that will happen, that is why there have only been maybe 10 sponsor
programs state their new policies out of the 1000+ programs.

We don't want to give out model ids but we know that we cant screw our serious webmasters who have invested time and money into their sites so we are first going to review the situation. Thank you for your cooperation
