              yeah, i remember being in NO for IA2000, it rained hard and it was flooded all over. i cant imagine how it must be there now.

                      Some pumps were out and a levee breeched somewhere. No real specifics but it can't be too good. Part of the roof is off the superdome before the brunt of the storm even hit.
