Post your favorite BBQ recipes, I got a new grill yesterday.

So I was at Target yesterday and they had a Stainless Steel BBQ that reatiled for $499 all the way in the back by the clearance stuff. So I asked the guy how much it was, he check the price and it's 80% off so It was $99 bucks.

Then the guy looks me in the straight in the eye and says,,,"It's last years model, do you still want it?"

I couldn't stop laughing.

Any whooo,,I gonna fire it up tonight so post your fav BBQ recipes

1 Whole beef tenderloin
Marinated in olive oil, soysauce, garlic, herbes, and black pepper.
Grill whole
Enjoy thick slices when cooked medium.
Preferably served with boiled new potatoes and a cold garlic sauce (sour cream, plenty of crushed garlic and black pepper).

heaven.

General rule: The better the cut of steak the less shit you put on it.

I like booby flay's Boy Meets Grill book - none of the recipies have disapointed.

Other than that? A good steak, salt and pepper, high heat.
