Please check that statement from the law...If I get it right just placing a hyperlink to statement on another page using the link that states "18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement" will be enough without direct placement of statement?

(without actually placing "All persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexual conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this site were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation." statement to the pages?)

If you read what to be included in the statement (Sec. 75.6) you'll find that it is not that easy

Yup, those stuff on 75.6 needs to be listed but I'm not asking about that.

If I get that right imagine your site is www.domain.com and it'll have just that hyperlink to the statement:

18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement.

You can list all those 75.6 details at that dedicated 2257 page...

I'm trying to find out if I understand that right or not...
