If it is as you say it is, I would suggest to just stay silent and document everything on CDs and printouts which you send in sealed envelopes to yourself and your lawyer. Don't rush any legal matters until you are certain that there is blood to drain, you may end up having to pay a lot of fees for no schwag.

By the way, as a precaution, take a trip to the scumbag's house and estates and photodocument any possessions (cars, boats) or indications of notable value. And try to dig up and document online assets such as notable domains, and sites.
