For anyone who thinks Mikey is "Free" hasn't seen his legal bill. Even if he's rich, that's going to sting, and he'll never get any of it back. I don't know Cali law but I don't think he has much of a shot at a civil suit to recover costs - and even if he could, I can guarantee you he won't even try.
