After two great domain shows last week, we have a lot to talk about on Domain Masters this week. Join me and my special guest Steve Sturgeon, MBA, JD from DomainNameLawyers.com.

Steve spoke at TrafficWest and enlightened the audience on several interesting domain legal issues that he specializes in. His expertise is in Domain Disputes, Domain name Financing, Selling, trademarks, etc.

We are going to cover some special areas regarding creative financing for domain selling and buying along with some advantages Steve has by practicing law where the registries are located. Domain financing is another topic of discussion where he is creating ways to receive loans based on domain values, etc.

Sounds good.
I wish moniker would have a better domain transfer process.I would move multiple domains over except that you make it hard to remember my username and you wont use the old registrant contact details but instead give them all the new accounts details.
A pain in the ass.

Hello Swami,

you can now use a user name or an account number to log into Moniker. Also, if you have more than 5 names to move over to Moniker, just send them to [email protected] along with your account number. We will do the transfers for you.
