Looks like a weak assed cop to me to have to use a taser on what sounded like a naive 16 yr old girl who just got her license.
I think I could have just snatched her out of the seat at lot smoother than using a taser which can be fatal. There's also mace which would have been better than snatching or tasing in this case.
It was more like a way to tourture her for mouthing off.
I don't think he'll be getting any commendations for bravery on this one.
If fact he's lucky she didn't die because he would definatley have lost a wrongful death suit on this one. The taser is mostly for self defense.
If a cop stops you for J-walking and you decide to run; he can't shoot you in the back with a taser or a gun or throw his baton at the back of your head.
