www.netnation.ca is Canadian. They're large, but I've not used them personally (they also have a US data center, along with the one in Vancouver).

I believe it was RAID 1, too, and no setup fees, so it's not the worst pricing out there for that kind of configuration. Perhaps they'd lower the price a little if you paid a setup fee (i.e. negotiate over the telephone, and try to get a price-match to US hosts).
