    Skufty uses a seatbelt




    When Skufty rides with me i drop the back seat so it's a large flat area. The middle passanger seat has a should belt that comes down from the ceiling of the car - i added a latch to it and attacked it to his harnes - instant dog seatbelt and he still has mobility around the back of the car - he loves it and it's a WHOLE lot safer than having him loose back there - ok he's be safer in a metal cage but he loves car rides and the freedom so this is a cool compromise with SOME safty invloved.
    This dog, is dog, a dog, good dog, way dog, to dog, keep dog, an dog, idiot dog, busy dog, for dog, 20 dog, seconds dog!

      My pug rides in a seatbelt as well. His harness has a loop on it that the entire seatbelt slides through.

                                          You'd be surprised how clueless people can be about letting animals ride freely in cars, hanging half out the window. With the harness you use instead of a collar this looks like a pretty good idea.
