But here's the thing...
I don't really know if that protects me.
A text link to a gallery might be considered publishing to some judge.
My site made the material accessible(public) by posting the link.

And irony about softcore images...softcore of underage is still CP!!!

Which will not really help. Lightspeed Cash is the first in line to announce that if you promote them with their content and don't follow the 2257 regs, they will close your account, no matter where in the world you are.

While I like LSC they are far from beeing the only program available, out of dozens of good programs belive me not all will follow...

killer, advice from someone in europe about a completely ambiguous and confusing US Law. That rules.

The best thing you can do is take the advice from everyone here on the board, then go to any law enforcement website of your choosing, and start spamming every e-mail on that site with this message:

"FUCK YOU GUYS!!! I AM IN FULL COMPLIANCE!! THE POST WHORES ON GFY SAID SO!!"

then append your name, address, and phone number.

or, you can buck up and go talk to a good first amendment lawyer.
