I think anybody who answers this question is more than likely talking out of their ass. There are a million variables you haven't fixed. What kind of traffic? What niche? It's what type of traffic and what you do with it matters most. Plus what is the overhead bandwidth wise to 100k a day?
Should you hire a host or get your own servers? Plus do you need to hire someone to update it and check busted links etc?
If I start an affiliate program I won't have to worry about a TGP. Making over $100k a year would be child's play. Add a TGP or MGP and I'm rolling, BUT it still depends on many variables unless someone has invented the fool-proof MGP.Comment

depends on the kind of traffic.. if its one of those CJ (uhm i mean script traffictrade) build thingies you make less a day than a MGP with 10k visitors all static links and bookmarks..Comment

From my experience in tgps any site should be able to average $1 per year per unique. So 100,000 uniques should be good for $100k over the year. That is un-optimized. Optimized you can do double that no problem.Comment
