1) fix your broken image links
2) some of those images are too dark and a couple look like double exposures... don't know if that was intentional for art's sake, but it doesn't work.
3) most tgp surfers aren't going to read that much small text. Use less text and make the font bigger and clickable.
4) I would remove the banner on the bottom and put an enticing text link in its place.

Gal looks good. Too much text. I saw too much so I didnt even bother reading it. Some pics are dark, but if thats what you are offering then its ok.
