				 | every time I travel.  I change the batteries in everything and bring spares. Since I am on my keypad at least 10 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once a year or more.

				 | Now you mention, I have my wireless keyboard over 2 years now and never changed the batteries of it. I had an wireless optical mouse of which I had to change the batteries every 3-4 weeks.

I could go longer, but I like to kick back and put my feet up with my keybaord on my lap, and I am to lazy to move the reciever thing for it closer, damn zip ties, so its like 6 feet away normally, and then like 10-12 when I lean back. It works when I move closer though... |
