Just got back fro seeing "Lords Of Dogtown" & "The Longest Yard"

Lords of Dogtown was a great movie, It kinda touched home becuase I grew up in that area, I can really relate to what Jay Adams went through our lives were pretty similiar. I would go see this movie if your into skating, It was kinda weird when I walked into the theatre with my son becuase all there was were Jr. high and high school kids, I was thinking to myself "these kids don't even know what dogtown is".

The Longest Yard was probably the funniest movie I seen this year, i will definatly go so it again in the theatres, trust me on this, if you like to laugh you will enjoy the movie!

Ebert Out!

I saw "Layer Cake" and it wasn't all that great. Really hard to follow and a chaotic plot.

I can see 13 year old kids idolizing the movie characters. That's why it's a bad idea to make movies like that. Creates more ideals that it's okay to be a jobless fucktard.

It's not good to have that kind of outlook bro, if everyone thought like you there would be no innovators at all, take a look into history, most legends were thought to be losers. Some people just take the wrong paths and waste talent! I skated and was good at it, I moved from the OC and ended up in the ghetto and got into gangs, at the same time I had played baseball for 12 years and was also very good, but that change of enviroment fucked me up and I chose the wrong path. Shit happens, I promise I will never do that shit to my son.
