According to ADG Webmaster, Silver Cash is a shitty program because they primarily use licensed content. So is a lot of TCG. Wow... so many shitty programs out there have made millionairs of their owners and are paying out 6 figures to their affiliates. I doubt you can claim either.

one little thing...

I think its smart doing a custom join page before filling out the ccbill information. However, I have noticed that some of the larger players use a javascript so that the user has to enter all the information inorder to hit the submit button to proceed to the ccbill page. Maybe since you only have a full price join, it would be good to have people give their info before they see the price in case they turn away because its too high?

granted, i dont run paysites so I'm not sure what others think about doing that... just something to keep in mind ;)

if you can send a lot of joins yourself thats the way to go. you get way more $ promoting the site yourself. plus having affiliates creates more competition for yourself on your site. so i guess it all boils down to how many signups you can generate by yourself.

Yeah you could just buy a ton of TGP spots like a few sites and skip affiliate promo, I think ur content is good enuff. But aslong as you can update it often

because IF you are going to be the only shooter you can only create so much content on a timely basis.

and if your quality level is very high (like this) you are better off not saturating the market with it, but selling it as a boutique site for surfers who want YOUR stuff and will pay a premium for it.

now if you can add tons of content then the story is different---then go to affiliate model.

There was a company that used to do that, buy a shit load of gallery spots etc. Now, all of a sudden they are REALLY pushing their program....makes you wonder?????

Really nice looking site, and concept, But I would also offer some smaller photos if the surfer wants them.

After all it is a little tuff to jerk off and scroll left and right. Have you seen what those photos look like at 800x600

really nice. the only thing I'd change is to have different models in the tour, right now it seems like you have a few models doing diff sets, maybe you'd use some non ex for that matter.

Personally, I like cleaner sites, but yours is one of the few cluttered designs I liked in some time :thumbsup

as for the site itself, I'd recommend you to have some vids, maybe you'd buy some cheap exclusive sets from East Europe or South America, they'd go as low as 200 bucks, so maybe you'd buy 8-10 and add them 1 per week so your members will be waiting for the new video updates. Sometimes not having content makes it more valuable when you add it, even if it's scarce :winkwink:

Yeah... Don't have affiliates, it drove Steve Lightspeed into the ground having affiliates for his softcore sites... sheeshh....
