in that culture you never go over someone elses work, especially the huge pieces that people spend hours on. when you do go over people, it means you dont like them and want to be starting shit with them.
there are examples where its ok to go over someone though. if i write in marker on a wall, and you paint over it with a nice looking, bigass piece - thats ok. youre taking the entire wall up and its not out of disrespect.Comment
