My wife was reading over my shoulder and mentioned my thumb and little finger are still broken. I had almost forgotten them. Most of the swelling has gone down though. She say I'm bad and need a spanking.

good thing i haven't been to those things but my brother though... some kid trasher he was.. he had this hard shell in his arm for months and it was itchy most of the time.. sucks !

Yes I was dirt bike riding all day and got to a friends house we went out around 6PM on bicycles and I did a jump and fell wrong. I broke my knee. I broke my right hand in anger by punching a wall. Stupid me.

Had my nose broken by a golf club when I was a kid. I was stupid enough to stand behind another kid as he was practicing his swing.....:)

lol god i used to be soooo daring when i was a teenager, now im 22 and I feel so careful and paranoid about every little thing!

I've got shot in both legs. hurts like hell. Ice pick in the gut. that didn't hurt much but the doctor was very worried about it. 38 stitches in the forhead 26 stiches in my right hand. 18 stitches across the top of my right foot. 20 stiches down the back of my left calf. and three fractured ribs. I don't really consider braking your nose to be a bone. its mostly cartlidge. but yeah mine has a few bends in it.

Only my wrist once, while snowboarding.

It didn't break completely. It hurt pretty much though but the conditions were great and I felt on fire, so I continued to snowboard.
After a little while I figured something was wrong since it was very puffy and it made a popping sound when I moved my hand. X-rays + cast cost me $750 :mad:

its the part of your shin bone that directly supports all of the weight of everything above it. Had to have a bone graft, titanium plate and 6 screws inserted.

k that sounds horrible.. There's this rapper guy Kanye West who had his jaw broken in a car accident, he's always rapping about it and how horrible it was! must be..i cant imagine the pain and annoyance of having that happen consider how much you need your jaw, to talk, drink, eat..breath..yikes!!!

I broke my jaw in three places when i came off my bicycle when i was about 10 years old. And i broke my wrist at the end of last year... coming off my bicycle yet again.

wow.. you know i have no problem with people drinking and having a good time, but the assholes who get behind the wheel are messed up people.. I'm so sorry that you had to go through that.
What exactly is a bone graft? That sounds utterly painful, and that xray is shocking damage! Though you went through that is it completely the same as before? Or will your leg never be the same? Still walk the same etc, and is it still painfull that sounds like a very intrusive intense injury and surgery
