I think it would do much better as it is with its viral effect. To answer your question though, yes, i probably would promote it since its rather easy to convince someone to join, especially if their friends are already there.

only if I had a large volume of traffic to send on a regular basis. 20-30 signups a day at 10-25 per signup isnt really worth it.

Yes......I could get many signups for this kind of program. I am not an expert in the adult world but I have many connections in the online/message board world.
