i think it was wrong of j&a as a company to for all intensive purposes show blind loyalty to an irate employee who got bent by trey moments before going 911 on lens who is not only an owner but he is also a customer. why should he not be protected by the same rules as all of us.

for that matter- ban kourosh from xxxcash and the whole company for breaking the rules as well. they posted false information claiming xxxcash had not been paid and never retracted after plenty of gentle prodding and proof including cleared check numbers amounts and dates of clearing. board rules baby! (they will never get banned of course, because of my initial point that politics are a part of business. evidence btw:

Thats how I drew my opinion.

Has anyone figured out why pimpdog wasnt banned that night either? I am not sure who started the drama that night, but if you're going to have rules for your message board and ban some people for breaking those rules then shouldn't everyone be held accountable? Or do gfy mods and admins ban only when it's beneficial.

somewhat justified indignancy but still a spin. what gave amp the right to expect instant turnaround on a banning? he gave the mod's about 3 seconds.

How did JSA show blind loyalty when those that are in decision making powers were not even aware of the situation, and were actually living in reality on vacation? Furthermore, where did you see anywhere that an employee of JSA defended amp or encouraged him? Furthermore, how do you know what was or was not done in regards to this situation within the JSA group.

hey, i ain't in on the matrix. i saw all the threads progress that night and being on vacation is not an acceptable answer in the fast-paced interweb. diffusing is time-sensitive and ya snooze ya loose. ibanker is knowledgable sounding and i have no problem with j&a or the mod's or lens for the banning.

It's not a terminal situation but the initial banning's make sense to me. I also have been victimized by the politics and sig weirdness stuff; but, the board is not a free and publicly controlled entity. You own the board, you make the rules at the end of the day.
I missed AMP's last melt-down here. Seems like he crossed the line, and I have no clue if AMP's current employers were supporting his posts/threads. If they contributed to the posts/threads, they should have been banned also.

I just like IBanker posts/threads. I really don't know the story

No i'm sure he doesn't care to revive that Ray. VivaLaSpam is not me. Evan.. I take no exception with you and enjoyed our business transaction.

Now that Ray seems to think that I am the one involved in the exposing of the bannings let's go back and look at a few things that were said. Yes, Amp did fly off the handle and post things that should never have been posted. That's not a good thing whatsoever. However, you have to also step back and look at the fact that nobody within the JSA organization supported, condoned or encouraged any of his posts.

What I can tell you is that on that Thursday night I popped into the boards and saw the commotion. I messaged Amp and asked if he was ok. He was not and it was like a train wreck. There was no stopping his actions. Because i'm not in a position to do anything to Amp because I don't sign the checks I bowed out. Alex and iBanker were many miles away from home on vacation enjoying a well earned break. Neither of them were remotely aware of the situation. When I woke up the following morning I received a message from Matt that he was in fact banned. Although his name did not have banned under it. His account was "disabled" apparently. He checked to see if iBanker was also "banned". He in fact was. Now, when Alex returned the following Monday and tried to log in to GFY. Guess what. Another banning.

Now, this is Joe's board. I've never had a problem with him. However, I really do not understand the need to ban a company that was neither present during nor defended any of the actions that took place. Those that asked the question about iBanker being banned were told by someone who had received the story from me firsthand and chose to post their own opinions.

Ray, are you trying to deflect the fact that the members of JSA were banned for no reason whatsoever by creating a secondary "drama". There is no drama here. Someone asked if they were banned. Yes, they are and it occured when Amp was banned. That leads me to the conclusion they were banned because of Amp.

Now, what do you have to say about why they were banned Ray? Is there a reason other than what i've said and if there is would you please share it with me? I would like to know if any of them did something unfavorable.

wow.. you got here fast! Posted from the same IP too, but okay.. maybe your rommies... whatever..

Let's put that asside for the moment and ask this.

Are you sure you have all the details? 100%? I am not going to enlighten you to those details. I will stick to my original statement that there is always three sides to a story.

Ray, I have all the details as far as i'm aware. Like I said if anything devious occured I would like to be the first one to know. From what I saw and heard on that night two of the people that were banned were not even in town. So, i'm not sure what they could have done to instigate the banning. However, that i'm sure will never be answered here. The point is that a company was banned and they cannot defend themselves. It's not my place to speak for anyone else in the company and I won't do that.

Ray, I know as little about IP addresses and things like that as you possibly can but still turn a computer on. If we post from the same address i'm sure you have figured out that we are in the same location. However, that does not mean we are the same person. Just as if you were posting from the adult.com offices. You are not Lens.

I'm really still curious though since i've never seen a definitive answer. Were Alex, Chris and Matt banned for Amp's behavior? That's a fair question. If the answer is no fair enough. If the answer is yes.. fair enough too.

Tranza.. there is no twist at all in the plot unless there is something i'm unaware of. My posting now is only in response to Ray saying I was vivaLaspam. If I have something to say I will say it and not hide behind another nickname.

and Ray, I don't know you but if you would grant me the kindness to answer my above question I would appreciate it and be done with the issue as i'm sure everyone else will be.

AMP was representing the company and got it banned on GFY.

If this is your justification it's not really a valid argument since people get banned here from time to time that are "representing" companies and their entire company does not get banned. But, each person is entitled to their own opinion. I just wanted to hear someone with authority give me an affirmative or a negative is all. That doesn't seem like a huge request.

Got a deep freezer? Put it in there overnight and then bust the wax up.

well CD.. that's a whole nother thread in and of itself.. perhaps I shall enlighten the masses when I have a spare moment. However, my freezer is just part of my fridge and i'm afraid that if my delicate body had to spend an evening without the comfort of my squishy bedspread it would not be happy

Whatever you do don't use a propane torch on it, cause that's a whole other thread too.

END OF THREAD.
Didn't seem to me he was representing anything but a bad attitude..

Companies are reflected upon by the things their reps do merely by association if no action takes place,.

It's not a terminal situation but the initial banning's make sense to me. I also have been victimized by the politics and sig weirdness stuff; but, the board is not a free and publicly controlled entity. You own the board, you make the rules at the end of the day.

Well, this is not a public board. This is Lensmans personal site and he runs it as he sees fit. He could ban every fucking one here for no reason, if he wanted to.

Don't like it ? Write to your senator.

DEAL.

Leave NATS out of this please. Also, they never decreased credibility, all they did was tell everyone they used a biller which we explicitly told them not to use in the first place because of security concerns we had.
