I am guessing that "HQ" is High Quality, but I could be totally off. If that is the question, yes the content is high quality. It from DVD, High Def. Satellite and TV. There probably some stuff from VHS that hasn't come out on DVD yet in there, but it is all as high quality as you can get.

Like MrSkin.com it is pulling pics and clips from movies and television shows to emphasize the reviews and news.
