I was once the 1:1500 ratio guy, took hard work to get into the 1:300 range.

That's a great idea. I'd love to start doing that, except that I don't even have enough money to get a domain and hosting. That's where the problem is. Unless someone can help me get hosting and a domain name?

Have you tried TGP2? People usually get pretty good conversion rates there.
