I'm on a webmaster board because I used to do TGP galleries and I worked for Michael aka FreeHugeMovies from TripleXCash.com doing odd jobs online. He doesn't have anymore work right now though. I've been out of my parents house since I was 16. I'm 24 now.

If you did any work at all for yourself you would have at very least accidently built up a recurring income of at very least 250.00 a week which is equivilant to your Mc'Ds 40 hours.
I really do not understand this. Seriously you could of goofed off and made crappy conversion ratio sites and have built this up in almost 2+ years.

Well unfortunatly, some people don't do so well at the adult industry like some people do. I don't think some of you people realize that some people can go their whole lifes without getting a break. Believe me, I tried every way possible in increase traffic, but I just had bad luck when it came to converting traffic into sales.

cool_flow. There's no such thing as fast money in this biz, especially with no reputation to speak of. The best advice I can give you goes as follows, and STICK to it.

Demand your manager have a check cut for you IMMEDIATELY.

Once you have that check and life is back to normal you need to build yourself a better quality 'normal' life. Living paycheck to paycheck and barely surviving is detrimental to your well being. You need to start making a good life for yourself. Trust me, I was living off of $264 a month for a few years when I was a late teen. It's no fun.

You say that you built galleries before? Ok, even if they were bad (not saying they are) you can still make some money. You just need a lot of traffic. Follow these directions to the "T" and don't fuck around and do NOT procrastinate one bit.

1: Start at shemp.com, al4a.com, pichunter.com and worldsex.com and follow EVERY trade for TGPs you can submit to. Separate them by niches. General (all niches) Teen only, Amateur only, interracial only (rare) fetish only, babe only, gay only and posrnstar only. Create an html document with pre-made recip tables for each niche. 3 recips per table.

2: Every Sunday evening, build 7 simple galleries promoting OBSCURE sites. Ones that not everyone and their dog promote. Concentrate on about 3 niches.

3: Add your recips. If you have lets say a Teen gallery then add recips from the General and Teen tables. Submit it. Do the same with the next gallery the following day, choosing proper niched recip tables depending on the niche of the gallery.

4: The following Sunday, start looking for MGPs and building a huge list of them.

5: Build 7 MGP galleries of various obscure niches. Repeat step #3.

6: Submit your TGP and MGP gallery every days, non stop. it may take time to see a return but it will be better than what your McDonald's job pays.

7: Keep your Mcd's job. You will need advertising money. Use your Mcd's job to pay your rent and bills. DO NOT SPEND YOUR GALLERY MONEY on foolishness. Bank it and pay your hosting with it.

8: Once you are content that your galleries are converting well enough for you and are ready to get more productive traffic then start buying submit passes at the places you couldn't afford to buy from when doing steps #1 & #4. Start with smaller places that do shit like $30 a month or a $100 a year, you know the drill.

9: Keep track of these places to see if it's worth the expense. If you break even on it, keep submitting. If you lose money on it, don't bother with them anymore unless it's a big site where other tgp owners steal the galleries to list on their own tgps... free traffic.

10: Keep building your savings account with adult money until you can afford to buy bigger submit passes and still have money left over to treat yourself with and for emergencies. Repeat step #9.

11: Keep building that savings account. Don't give up if traffic numbers come down and profits come down a bit. Things may not grow much beyond what you are making at this point unless you go finding even more TGPs and MGPs to submit to. Always build that list bigger and bigger and bigger.

12: Now it's time to start looking into paid spots from the popular spot sellers. These are really expensive, so only do it if you have enough in your savings account to afford the occasional bad listing or fuckup on your own part gallery wise. Start with smaller spots, test them, work them and analyze them carefully. You want a profit here. Breaking even is useless when that money could be spent on other spots that work out better.

13: Keep building that savings account.

17: Start ordering the big spots. The hun, madthumbs, etc etc. These are going to cost you a lot of money, be prepared to have a few misses. If you can't afford the loss, don't do it, but if you have been working diligently all this time you can afford to do it and even afford to treat yourself again with lots of money to spare.

18: now it's time to tweak your traffic vs. sales ratio. Weed out unproductive tgps and mgps. get rid of them. Concentrate on the ones that break even and provide profit. This is also a good time to start doing multiple daily submits and time to cut back your MCD's hours to part time. Find out who allows multiple daily submissions and utilize your other unused niche recip tables each day. You should be able to theoretically submit about 5 or 6 TGP and MGP galleries per day combined.

19: Start looking at other sources of income. Search engines, Link Lists, blogs and even TGP2.

20: Learn to start filtering your traffic through FPAs to gain that extra sale you could have missed otherwise. List all your galleries and free sites on a central site. In fact, you should be listing every gallery you build right from step #2. Trade links with people, put a link to your page at the bottom of every filter FPA etc etc. It's extra traffic and return traffic,.

I just want to clarify, I'm not laughing at the topic starter. I'm laughing at the guy that says he's doing something wrong needed every cent he earned to pay rent. Obviously he's never tried to live on $1000 a month so he either lived with momma or had money given to him. I'd rather work McDonalds. ;)

Have you tried TGP2? People usually get pretty good conversion rates there.
