It looks like this, except it has a soft, black handle instead of wood.

I swear I think that's the exact one I have - with the black handle! I'll check next time I go to the car (which could be days :winkwink: ).

200 used or 400 new for a revolver
semi auto handgun around 500

the truth about the range of the standard 22 is that it goes 1 1/4 miles. A Savage-Aunschutz (sp) is a 22 mag and can be used for hunting at greated distances, and will in fact, kill rabbits easily at distances of up to 1/2 mile.

I dont want to argue with your ability to hit a target at such a great distance, but I am more inclined to agree with Aaron on this one.

And turboAngel, Smith and Wesson makes a "Ladies" 9 mm. It is refered to as a Ladies Smith. It has nice grey handles, single stack and can easily fit in a smaller hand. Please get a gun that can get back on target quickly. Practice helps. Training helps as well. My 8 year old daughter can probably shoot better than most of the people posting in this thread.

Very nice!

You can't go wrong with a Glock, I love mine. SpringfieldXD is also a good choice. I know Glock has slightly smaller versions that might work better for smaller female hands.

I got two guns and they are great

an early 70's bop gun and a 1992 potato gun. Think about those
