    How many days does it take you to recover........

    How many days does it take you to recover from a hardcore night of drinking?

    As I get older it seems as it takes longer every year I am at the two day mark before im back to completely normal

                  usually I'm pretty good in the evening the next day after drinking... full recovery is morning after that...

When you can buy it on the counter at 7-11 the people that say it works are the ones that believe it worked because of what they read on the wrapper. Take a couple of advil and drink a big glass of water before you go to bed and you'll be fine.

                                                                                                                                              Everyone is a bit different, some people are good in 6-8 hours of sleep and some need 2 days plus. I have a friend who has a turbo charged metabolism that never seems to get hangovers. He drinks 3 or 4 nights a week, eats all day long - weighs 120 lbs and always manages to get up before 10:00 am and be fine. I usually sleep through them if possible, til noon or later.
