Cult classic forever. You either get it...or you don't. And there is no use in trying to "make" people get it.

Uncle Rico chucking Kip's steak was so fucking funny. Then the scene when Napoleon hangs up the phone and Kip and Rico both do the "let's take this to somewhere more private" is hilarious...

I thought it was pretty stupid

yeah, it also helps to have come from a relgious, but not fanatical farm community....if you were born/raised/lived in Wyoming, Montana, Idaho, Utah, Nebraska, etc. you KNEW those people...

I loved the Mormon slant on the movie...like how no one outright swore, but they had their own slang that took place of the curse words...and who didn't take their action figures and dangle them out the bus window on the way to school? ;-)

and who could ever hate Kip's song to his Lafawnduh? I even bought the fucking tshirt ;-)

Funny or not! I don't really care; and I think that guy doesn't care as well!

funny parts, all together, really not THAT funny.

It's one of those movies that you either love or hate. I thought it was so funny that I bought the DVD. I have friends, on the other hand, who think it is the stupidest movie in history.

I thought that it was a good movie. The funny momments of the movie are excellent, however it seems to use a lot of the best parts in the first part of the movie, then it kinda coasts to the end. I still liked it and ended up buying it.

For those of you that have the DVD and didn't see the "deleted scenes", be sure to check out the kickball scene, it's HILARIOUS !! "Why don't you tell your mom to shut up", I say that more than any other quote :)

the first 45 mins were funny. the rest had no punchlines.

Did anybody stick around for the wedding scene after the credits? I didn't notice until the 2nd or 3rd time I watched it.
