              I have took a few courses online but they were through a local college here. My gf is doing the same thing for a summer class. We haven't done the classes that you get in your email though

                  If you take online class from a university where you attend regular classes, then it is ok.
                  If it's purely to take class from the internet, then beware:
                  1/ Lots of bullshit online universities.
                  2/ Here's a stat University of Phoenix doesn't want you to know, only 4% of the people who sign up for classes there ever get done with their degree

                      i know of one online legit college
                      Kaplan college
                      kinda pricey but good setup i know someone who has been thru it and has a degree and is now working for a pretty large company using his degree

                      just want to find some resources n what have you for this stuff

                              I have been taking online night classes at Kaplan for the last couple years, I get my degree in 3 weeks

                              Don't know if I'll use it for anything now, I make better money than I did when I started but at least I can say I finished!

                                                      If you have time you are probably better off going to a normal school. Learning experience from an online course is not quite the same.
