2257 compliance for European webmasters hosting in US
OK I have read nearly everything I can about 2257 but not being a lawyer it is f**king hard to comprehend.
Does anyone want to comment on how this will affect webmasters that ARE NOT US citizens but host sites in the USA. Also if there is anyone in the UK that knows of a good lawyer that is fully clued up on 2257 please cna you let us know on info @ onlytease.com. Our own company lawyer is going through it now, but on his own admission he is a corporate lawyer for UK laws, and feels this really needs someone who is more of an expert in this area to comment on correctly. Cheers all. Paul PS. and just to clarify we have all model ids etc just not sure how /what we need to do re 2257.

Frankly, you are better off out of it - you can do this, - it's US webmasters who are kinda stuck with the baggage. Course.. it's got nothing to do with protecting children - we would almost all agree to that - it's just more bs.

I heard just around the same story from a lawyer.
Move your hosting out of us, keep the ids & docs (as always) - but keep them private.
