Yes, or you can file a payment dispute. Paypal is receptive to this sort of thing, and will begin the standard arbitration process.

God damn people.

The guy has been posting regular updates as to what is happening.

He took on a little more work than he could handle due to a tech problem, give him some time, im pretty sure he isnt going to stitch you up over a measly $20.

Regards,

Lee

If you have a look at his site he gives an update on all his orders. We have 4 orders going with him at the moment and we're quite happy with the progress.

As I've said in a number of other threads, problems beyond my control have prevented me from finishing everyone's work in a timely manner. I'll re-state these below - I don't intend for them to be excuses, just letting you know what's going on.

As I've also said in other threads, PLEASE contact me via AIM if you need anything whatsoever. If I don't reply to you on AIM it means it isn't around. I'm not ignoring anyone nor am I running from my problems. Additionally, ICQ won't connect on this machine, and my other machine is a Linux box not connected to the internet. My e-mail is hit-or-miss as of late, meaning if you emailed me at [email protected] and didn't receive a reply, I probably have NOT gotten it. AIM is the ONLY concrete way of communication I have. Or toss me a call on my cell or leave a voicemail, the number is on my contact page at www.dynamixxx.com/contact.php

AS FOR UPDATES - if you have work that is NOT a part of the 100 Projects then please contact me, I most likely have your work finished or can get it to you within 24 hours. If you ARE a part of the 100 Projects then check the homepage ( www.dynamixxx.com/100 ) as my progress is updated there dynamically via PHP. If your project doesn't list a draft, there isn't one - I'm not hiding anything from you.

If you are in a TIME CRUNCH for your project, PLEASE contact me via AIM and I'll get it done first. Similarly, if you don't mind WAITING a bit for your project, PLEASE contact me and I'll throw it on the back burner for a bit.

As for Chargebacks / Paypal Disputes / Refunds - please contact me, I'd rather work something out with you directly, whether it be additional design work, a refund, whatever.

WHAT is slowing me down?
- Hard drive crash. I was put out a week waiting for DELL to ship me a new HD.
- Moving. I had intended to have all projects finished by the time I moved, but after the HD crash I was slowed down. Moving from my old apartment to this one has put me out another two days.
- Internet Connection. I had to buy a new router and couldn't configure it with my network admins who weren't around (this was the Memorial Day weekend - Sat/Sun/Mon) until Tuesday.

Once again I don't intend for these to excuse the late work, I'm just letting you know what's going on my life that has my work slowed. Anyone who knows me and my work knows that I usually have AT THE VERY SLOWEST a twenty-four hour turnaround. I've never run off with someone's money, and have always delivered. I'm not going anywhere, whether you paid me $20 or $200. Your product WILL be delivered.

Sorry to hear all that, it sucks when bad things happen to good people. Having had you do several projects for me I know you're an honest hard working designer and I wouldn't hesitate to hire you again. Hang in there and don't let all this discourage you.

Yeah, Patrick was headed in the right direction. Pity these few bad things really knocked him off track.

Best of luck Dynamix. I know first hand how things you didn't plan for can slow you down big time.

I got your emails. Is there anything else going on that your clients should know about, because your reputation as a designer is taking a beating. Its time to stop being defensive and just come clean.

I didn't think a thing about you being late for whatever reason. It was when you started ignoring questions from people that paid yet still hussling more work in other threads that I saw a red flag.

Cheers.

I paid two mo ago and the deadline was June 01... also won one but that's not an issue I can live without it. I emailed you to both addies and got no reply. I don't have AIM and won't install it.
My question is that can I get a tgp instead of the gallery design plus the free stuff I won?

Once again you go spamming your shit in each thread about him.

Pathetic designer, with no clients of his own.
