You all like cars on this board dont you... I think cars are less important to girls then to guys, but I have a 04 Nissan Titan (needed to pull my horse trailer) and a 99 Chrysler LHS, I used to have a ninja but sold it, got tired of always having my hair messed up, We also have an airplane has I said before, allot faster and more expensive then any car -especially the upkeep on that damn thing - I think the maintenence alone on that thing last year was around $10k or so.

I got into the sheriff's dept when I was 21, I did not like it much, not what I thought it would be like, to much fighting with idiots, way to stressful for me.
But a girl who knew me from dancing recognized me while I was in the jail, she told someone and somehow it got back to the under sheriff and he called me to his office and asked me to resign, he said it was because I did not put on my application that I had danced when I knew damn well it was because I had been a dancer, this way he just saves the dept from any lawsuits. The regulations state that deputies are not suppose to go into any morally unacceptable type places (or something to that effect).. ie strip clubs, the under sheriff never did anything to the male deputies for going to strip clubs but he fired me for working in one. Oh well, If it was not for him I would not have started my site, I started my site just a few months later. Quote:

I dont think I would call it beating then up. I did get into some altercations where I had to strike people, one was a female in the booking area of the jail, they needed a female so I was called, she started some crap after having her cuffs removed and I placed her on the floor. its pretty easy to do that when you have ahold of them already, you just push them forward as you put your foot in front of their feet and they go down pretty quick, then everyone else jumps on her ..
one guy, who was cuffed and against a wall, turned his head and spit on me one time, I pushed his head into the wall and it cut his head open. I did not like all that stuff though, to stressful. Quote:

Question #16 - Oh yes, I have been to allot of them, I also have advertised in the AVN online magazine several times during IA2000.
The first one was in early 1998, I think the last one I went to was in 2000 or 2001, cant remember which. They have changed so much that I decided it was not worth it. The only reason I went was to see what was new in the industry, check out content booths and so on. met some really good people at them, you all may not know most of them. This is Me at the EMUlive ( www.emulive.com) booth, thats Jory hamming for the camera, he is the owner and main programmer for emulive. FOr those that dont know what emulive is, they make streaming video software. Very good stuff with the best security on the market. I used to host my own site from my home because I did not trust anyone in this business. I had my site, when it was new, shut down because it had to much traffic for the business account I was on, and finally was given the name of someone who would be able to help me out.
Way to many people out there that if they see you making money or think your making money they start trying to suck the blood out of you. They try to act like you need them and they are something. The only people in this business who really counts are the customers. This guy who I was paying for space on his co-lo server was putting banners and stuff on my site, charged me $500 to register my domain name. Once we figured out how to register a domain name through internic and saw he was taking traffic away from us with his banners it was all over. I had allot of down days those first few months trying to figure out stuff but it eventually worked itsself out. Now My servers are co-located at naked hosting and wild websites. Both have proved themselves to be very trust worthy with almost 100% uptime. Now I dont have to always worry if my windows server has crashed. Quote:

Everyone was using ispy or webcam 32, a few had tried cu-seeme which is not a good solution, anyone who has ever used cu-seeme knows what I mean. I found a company that adapted their pay per view software to act as a webcam but streaming instead of just pictures. it worked great, this was mid 1997. People loved it, this is when my signups really shot up, mainly because word of mouth, plus I had shit loads of webmasters comming to my site to see how I was doing it and to try to get me to work for them. Yes I sure have, steroids, about 5 years ago. Would never do them again. One thing about roids is they do make you strong, my bench got up to 224.
My trainer, someone who had been there in her younger days, gave me some lessons on it and told me the insides of pro bodybuilding. Not something I am interested in any more. Quote:

Here is something I can offer even though it was not asked.
Just some small advice to use in this business. There is room for everyone to make money, just do not be greedy and dont want what you THINK others have so bad you lie,cheat or steal to get it. Look watch and learn from others, dont copy others, just find techniques you like and adapt it to how you want to run your business - reason you cant copy is because you do not have the same vision as the person your trying to copy so its not going to work the same for you. I have always said that I would rather make allot of money every month over a very long period of time then to screw people over and make a bunch in a short period of time. Screwing over surfers or other webmasters does no one any good. |
