Because if your non can-spam compliant emails land in my inbox, and I haven't requested them, then the FCC will be receiving a letter if I receive another message from that affiliate. The Mr.Skin terms also clearly state that email advertising my only be done via a double opt in list, and that messages must be can-spam compliant.
