This happens to me sometimes - I just restart my computer and it then let's me delete the file? Sometimes it'll say that the file is being used by another program...even when it's not. A restart always seems to do the trick for me

start into safe mode and see if you can do it

if not, boot into a command prompt and do it old school DOS style

Tried that but didn't work. I'll try again.

Sometimes it helps if I delte the file from another workstation and access it trough the network, that did not work this time either.

Here's a trick:

Open NOTEPAD, then go to FILE>OPEN browse to where the file is you want to delete, highlight it and delete. It should go away.

Nope, didn't work either. This Cyberlink DVD player is a tough cookie.

Wow that's a tough one then, that trick has always worked whenever everything else has failed for me.

Try this, it usually works for me when nothing else does. Right-click on the file and click properties, then on the Advanced button. Trun off "For fast searching,..." click ok on both. then delete file
