Beeing able to get it up at the right time, control when you cum and stuff is important . (for a guy) .

Sign up with one of the many talent agencies that farm out actors for web-shoots, and start building a portfolio. As your portfolio grows in size, you'll be able to approach established producers and take that next step.

And as the Doc said, performance is valued as much, if not more, than pecker size/cosmetics. Your ability to get hard on command, climax when they want you do, and not delay a shooting schedule is what determines your value.

males is a little harder, i don't really consider any males porn stars, except of course the realy famous $1000 a scene dudes, but there are so few of them
