Programming is extremely easy. One of the easiest things I've learned. BUT just because you know it like the back of your hand doesn't you can design the best applications in the world. If I had thought about making a site like yahoo, ebay, paypal, amazon, or GFY for that matter a decade ago, I wouldn't be here replying to your stupid comments.

Suggestion:
Advanced submission form, use CAPTCHA if possible. Submission for tips, galleries, content etc have option for upload of certain types of files etc for exclusive content. The one thing that blog can have that TGPs dont is internal content that gets people linking to you.
