A racially driven, and far inferior - 21 Grams. Or to a lesser extent, Memento.

Don't get me wrong, good movie. But some are claiming this to be the 'best' of the year.

Furthermore - aside from being derrivitive, it at times seemed to be lagging. You want one sub-plot to end, because your interest is vested elsewhere.

i hope its not too inferior to 21 grams, because 21 grams was totally overrated and boring. nothing special there.

best of 2005 thus far is pretty difficult to call. nothing stands out in my mind so far. too much good stuff yet to come out. Sin City was cool and well done though. unforunately i think its far from the best. im waiting for chronicles of narnia

Great acting but I didn't like the movie. It tried too hard to piss people off and be controversial. It's worth a watch, but not the best of 2k5 so far.
