                  Its not hard.
                  You just jump up...its more easy if you running forward against something to hit...just doing it in air without resistense are a little harder.

                                                          The landing can be tricky. I broke my knee when I was 16 doing a flying side kick by fucking up my landing. That's what you get for goofing around.

                                                                      LOL yea something like that. Actually, I was doing it more for sport, competing in tournaments etc. I broke my knee because I was goofing around with some friends and did a flying kick to show off Karma's a bitch.

                                                                          A flying kick is not for fighting in today's world. It's purpose was originally to knock a guy off a horse during combat. Not very effective these days.
