The guy obviously had no intentions but to point out that all serial killers are not white, and in no way did he make any kind of generalization, claim or even implication beyond that. You might however like to consider that the 15% black serial killer figure given in the article is not that far a stretch from the percentage of blacks in the total American population, rendering the differences in white and black murder rates more or less insignificant, and this while differences in ability to go on murder sprees while evading the authorities as a factor has not even been touched.

The next time you want to attempt to defame white people in order to make yourself look like a big gangsta, consider for a few seconds the fact that the money and efforts of western, white countries is what is keeping most of your African kin alive. Lincoln has gotten a bad rap by some revisionists and people who don't understand the dynamics at play in those times. You couldn't oppose slavery and become President, and if you did, you could risk more than a chance at the Presidency.

Lincoln, like all ambitious men wanted to distinguish himself. But he was always opposed to slavery and did what he could given the limitations of 19th century American culture. He didn't tell Southerners to eradicate slavery, but he did support the idea of not expanding slavery into new states and to non-slave states (states that didn't have slaves). While it seems insignificant today, it was a huge move in those times. Only through such baby steps was he able to assume power and to formally abolish slavery some years later. Still, his views on slavery, the Union, and other issues of the day cost him his life.

He was born poor but he was never trash. Mostly self educated, reading anything he could get his hands on (books weren't widely available then... especially the kind of books he wanted to read). He was and still is an example of the American Dream where somebody born with nothing can become a force in society by their skill.

Depending on what part an African-American originated from will depend on how protective their skin is from the sun. Darker the skin though the better the protection; I think the maximium for example / comparison is that the average black person has the equivilant to SPF 400 in their skin.

Of course as TDF mentioned, a higher % of black people get skin cancer most likely because they don't really need to worry about it, but still should care for their skin..

i wasnt born then, black people today werent born back then....so why is it still an issue if it hasnt happend for so many years? We cant help what our ancestors did, you cant help the fact that your ancestors were slaves or not. Isnt it time we learn from it & get over it already?
