Just for those wondering what the amount is that Alex claims we ripped him off for, 65 cents.

$1 trial @ 65% = $0.65.

Also note the sale was generated from 1 unique click and no referring url.

Any decent stats system would Flag that as ours did and his account was put on hold.

To the best of my knowledge, I have never gotten an email from you, I can't be sure, as I really don't know who you are, but I answer every email question or inquiry I get. I have no problem looking into this, but I need to know your pimp id#. By the way, I just got my first icq request from you ever, and the message was "hello". I don't know if you have a lot of experience with icq, but I get 30 messages from people not on my contact list a day that simply say "hello" and at least 29 of them are spam. A much better way to get my attention wpould be "Hey, this is PimpXXXX, got a second?"

Anyways, we will get this sorted out, PimpRoll has NEVER ripped anyone off, and accounts that get closed, get closed for a good reason!

Just to stick my 2 cents in here....that shouldn't matter if he's on the revshare program IMHO.
If he wanted a $35 payout for that, then that's one thing. But if he's on the revshare and typed in his ID to do a test join or something that shouldn't be a problem should it?

I'm not taking sides mind you, I don't know any of the details, I'm just saying on a revshare program that doesn't seem like a good reason to can an account.

We didn't put his account on hold because he was on revshare.

It was put on hold because generating 1 sale in 1 click and no referring URL set off our fraud monitor.

If he did a test sale, he didn't report it. Doing test sales is fine, but not reporting it is fraud.

He posted that we ripped him off, which is untrue.

We only put his account on hold and sent him an email to contact us.

He also made it sound like we didn't pay him for up to $100, when in fact it was only 65 cents. That is the only reason I posted the detals.

This is not the first time Alex has run to GFY to complain about PimpRoll.

He has only ever sent 2 sales, the 2nd of which is in question and made 2 threads saying we cheated him.

The first time he couldn't figure out why we paid him $25 for what he suspected was no reason. We paid him because he got a rebill from his inital sale. In fast that initial sale has earned him $100 with rebills.

But in his eyes, we cheated him and were ripping him off then too. After we showed him where to see rebills in our stats he came back and praised us.

Like Phil said though we have better things to do then to put people's accounts on hold. IF your account was put on hold it's for a reason. It also doesn't mean we won't work with you to figure it out.

See this is once again where you fucked up. After i didnt do well i stopped sending traffic. Dont you remember that error last time. The trial rebilled but it wouldnt show in stats because no traffic was sent. Only after i contacted you did you "find"** the rebill and start paying me, untill you decided it was too much and banned my account and stopped contact.

See this is bullshit. You guys fucked up, you flagged me for fraud but then never responded to emails to discuss it with me. Then come out here with lies about how i sent one click one sale. Of course i wanted to work it out with you. But if you dont respond till i come to GFY how could i have talked it out. I said i didnt send more sales because i didnt do as well with you as i did with other sponsors.

I dont know what else you want me to do. If there was some error why not try to email me back like i did. I dotn have an agenda, this is my first time at gfy with anythign bad against anyone. You flagged me and lost contact for two weeks. I knew if i came here i would have my ICQ light up by fifty of you guys, when all i watned is an email responsoe to the one i sent you a few weeks ago.

You said you made more, so if you could post your stats, you were able to show you sent more then only 1 unique and made more then only $0.65.

And to explain to pimproll why alex is so upset..

A savvy webmaster wants to test his revshare account, should be no problem for a sponsor and i cant see any reason why it NEEDS to be notified..

A TRUE test for a revshare account is THE REBILLS !!!! If an affiliate notifies you after he does a test signup then the rebills aren't a true test as the sponsor now knows about the signup.. ( and in this case from what alex says thats exactly the problem , the test signup showed up but the rebills did not until he contacted you ). This is what webmasters are concerned about with revshare programs ( because of known problems with sponsors cutting off rebills for the affiliates but still charging them to the surfer )

Thank you. But it wasnt an test sign up, I did poorly with the traffic i sent them so i quit sendint traffic. They then banned mya ccount and stopped contact.

I should add in this case the signup would look suspicious so pimproll seeing the account had very few hits would suspend it as any sponsor likely would , until they spoke with you.. Should have been very easily solved .. not sure what the communication problem was ( besides attitude on alex's part ) but icq is the way to go.

Well pimproll conversions aren't really in question . I know of a few people that do fine with them..

They didnt ban your account they just suspended it. There was a communication problem obviously , i'm not sure what that was as i wasn't involved , and am not privvy to that info

I guarantee if you had just started a thread " PIMPROLL CONTACT ME " and said . " im having trouble contacting you guys by email please contact my icq " you would have gotten a response and solved your problem in less than 12 hours.. no drama needed..
