He is the best ever, and nothing will ever take that away. If he is healthy enough, "makes the cut", and still feels like playing, why not. He himself knows he is past his prime, and if that doesn't bother him, it shouldn't bother anybody else.

I'd take him over the prima donna 2 year wonder contract breaking hold out assholes anyday.

He is playing as the number 4 receiver from what I heard, so he's not taking the spotlight from anyone and if he can still cut it at that age, fuck it.

I don't think he's ever going to ever be a big player again, but that doesn't mean he's shitting on his legacy. He's the greatest of all time, let him play as long as he wants, like Jack Nicklaus. As long as he can compete at whatever spot he takes.

Although it would really suck if he took a bad injury and couldn't walk properly for the rest of his life or something.

Exactly my thoughts. As long as you're performing, healthy, and can compete, why not keep playing? The reality is he's going to have retire at some point, and when he's done, he done forever. So if he's still having fun and putting up the numbers, God Bless.
