I read this and think how TRUE
?Our exploration necessarily begins with a direct reflection on what death means and the many facets of what the truth of impermanence ? the kind of reflection that can enable us to make rich use of this life while we still have the time and ensure that when we die it will be without remorse or self ? recrimination at having wasted our lives.?
?My religion is to live and die without regret? ?We spend our youth being educated, then we find a job, and meet someone, marry and have children. We buy a house, try to make success of a business, aim for dreams of a house or a car. We go away on holidays with our friends, we plan for retirement. The biggest dilemmas some of us are ever face are where to take our next holiday or whom to invite for Christmas. Our lives are monotonous, petty and repetitive, wasted in pursuit of the trivial, because we seem to know of nothing better.? I think what it is saying is don?t put anything of, if there is something that you want to do that you have not done, just do it, life is short and we should make the most of it, and no I am not religious and I don?t know anyone that is dying, I just find this an interesting piece of writing.
