I am looking for a search engine friendly Content Management System.

I am looking for a CMS that uses html pages, not php.

This is a site that I found that uses html - http://www.topcelebritypages.com

I see that Mambo has been recommended highly on here, but as you can see, it uses php pages - http://mambo.mamboforge.net/demo/

Any ideas?

If it's for search engine purposes, just use a url rewrite on a php script

I've heard about that method being used. I tried to do that for a forum, but never did figure out what I was doing wrong.

Would you be able to explain in more detail?
