Well I finally got into this new house a couple weeks back. I had purchased it last year and after a 4 month delay from the estimate time of completion, I was finally ready to move in. The good news is that I earned $60,000 in equity since purchase, so the wait was somewhat rewarding. The house is far from huge or impressive, but it's a place for my fiance and I to live until we start a family in a couple years.
1400 Sq. feet, 2 car garage, 2 stories, 2 1/2 baths, 2 bedrooms (1 used for my office), loft, balcony. It is located on Black Mountain (15 mins away from the vegas strip) with access to both freeways, and mountain views all around.
We love it and we have many more upgrades we're going to make such as a Flat panel LCD in the downstairs living room, wood flooring downstairs, granite flooring in my office, paint in the garage, etc.
