Adult Webmaster Empire works great for me and has great promo material and $100 welcome bonus just for signing up.

bertstoon 07-07-2005 07:41 PM

i've working with CC for a year and have no problems with it before.
but when i trying to change my payee name, they have closed my account.
their reason was that new payee name are banned from their network and are in their ban list.
i've been trying to contact with support and tell them that this last name have a lot of people and it is not the reason to close my account.
for their term of service if account was closed they will pay earned commissions.
However, in the event ClickCash.com/WebPower terminates for convenience, associate will continue to earn commission checks for legitimate customer accounts in existence as of the date of termination, for as long as those accounts remain in good standing.
but they are don't like to do it.

please anyone can tell me any phone numbers to call support or any person who can take action on this violating on their terms?

I totally agree

Shit.. this is pathetic! Tell your local bank to reduce their staff to a level of nada customer service, then make a point of sticking the wrong instructions on the ATM machine and that will closely match Clickcash. They have been "working" on signup pages for months - not that anyone would know, apart from some offer of explanation from Will.

Instead of spamming weekly URL lists - maybe spam with some meaningful content .. like signup links(?) would be more useful.

i don't understand what are you mean by this post.

also i want to say that when i contactint with support they answer me that are they paid out all my earned commissions.
i've sended them saved html page of stats that shows 4000$ are in my account when it was closed.
answer was that they opened investigation to determine my lost commissions and that they will pay it to me.
but about 2 weeks ends and no answer from them.
i've sended new mails to support and no answer yet.

what can i do with it?
with whom can i contact for this problem by phone?

bertstoon:

If you are reffering to the above post - that's exactly what I'm saying - they are useless with support. But.. in fairness, this is variable and sometimes respond OK!

I'd keep emailing em on a weekly basis, saving all emails and then sue them for any funds owing, interest and costs if there is nada response.

Pity ya gotta waste your time with idiots like this who can't get their act together, but the same applies whether a company is big or small.

How long did it take most of you to get your first paycheck from ClickCash after they recieved the agreement?

Sheesh.. that was a while back Walrus, but can say it was not a problem else would have noticed. They are fine on payment, least with us - regular as clockwork!

PS.. In fact.. gotta say they were actually proactive re payments - they actually raised the subject of any missing payments before we even noticed and paid em quick!

i think you not correctly understand me.
when i trying to change my payee name, they are close my account.
by their terms of service they must paid out my commissions that are earned before closing account in any reason.
they are do not do it.
they are closed account and do not pay anything.

Oh, okay. So I guess that's normal then. I made two sales back in March and I forgot how long it was. I thought it was only a week and 3 days. This time we're up almost two weeks this Sunday for my first two sales since March. I was hoping it would come this week. But if you say it was two weeks for you... then I guess I have nothing to worry about. I was going to email them...but I'll wait.

To Webby, yeah they are pretty good with that. They responsded fairly quick when I told them that the person I'm signed up under isn't getting any downlines. They fixed it immediately and even gave him what he missed.

bertstoon:
Sounds like a people problem... once a human enters the room, be ready for a screwup. *Anything* out of the ordinary becomes a problem - the payee name is obviously on a "list" and anything on a list means problems or you are a terrorist. Computer data has taken over from any remainder of common sense in support staff. If you try the name "bin Laden" - that will work OK, - Osama ain't banned yet.

I'd keep emailing [email protected] and clearly state there is more than one person of the same name on the planet and you are a good lad who does not waste time spamming and all the other crap - and want your money! :-)
