USC 2257 documentation requirement update

In this week alone I have received over one thousand requests for documentation from past and/or
current SoBeGirl clients. To fulfill my responsibilities as a content provider I will provide every
SoBeGirl client with copies of each models photo ID and model release form.
Each document will be categorized and placed inside its respective FTP directory and ready for
download. In the past, all that was found on the SoBeGirl FTP servers were the MPG video files and
JPG pictures. I had to manually send the 2257 documents to each webmaster individually. With so many
requests for documentation in such a short time this method of manually providing the docs is no
longer efficient.
Creating an organized easily accessible method for webmasters to have the model documents has been a
necessary but laborious process. Imagine having to open and inspect over 500 different model
identifications. Having to manually blank out the address information on over 500 identifications for
the protection of the model. Renaming them with a consistent name convention and then uploading them
properly to the FTP server. This does not even include the model release forms, which are being
worked on as this mailer is sent. I hope you understand this and are considerate when asking for the
copies of these important documents, which are now required by law.
