2257 FSC Injunction question

According to FSC Executive Director Michelle Freridge, "only FSC members would be entitled to whatever relief the injunction provides".
For the sake of arguement, If the FSC sucessfully got an injuction on say June 1st and I joined the FSC on June 4th, would I be entitled to the relief or would it only apply to people who were members on or prior to the date of the injunction ?
Yeah, I'd like to save the 300 bucks and wait and see what happens but if waiting would exclude me from the "relief" then I'll gladly shell it out. Any legal opinions on this ?

Thats just FUD put forth by the fearmongers. If organization X gets an injunction against an unfair regulation in a scenario like this, then that injunction applies to all people affected by that regulation.

So you are saying that the executive director of the FSC is just a fearmonger and doesn't know who her organization's injuction would cover. ?

Ive also been told the FSC would not release members names to anyone. So how would they even know your a member?

P.S. Does not mean you should not donate though.

The FSC might not willingly release their membership list, but suppose the DOJ successfully subpoenaed their list ?

I'm not bashing the FSC, in fact, I would encourage everyone to donate to it. What I'm advising against is people paying mafioso style protection like this
