search in google - i do not want to sound ironic i was looking for that too and found a nice tool that i cannot remember its name. it was free, too.

I use an App called "snagit"
Works wonders for all kinds of screen caps... **tip** Make sure that when you are making screen caps in WMP or like apps that you first set the "video acceleration" to "none" on the slider ;) tools/options/performance/videoacceleration Hope that helps!
